AJ Roque, born and raised in Matawan, NJ serves as multiple faces in the Football Industry. Co-Owner, General Manager and Head Coach of the Jersey Bearcats, while he continues his legacy at Kean University as their Quarterback Coach and now one of the new owners of the American Arena League.
AJ’s love for football comes from years in the game and after being labeled as the most decorated Quarterback at Kean University from 2004 - 2007. Roque then took his football career to the next level by playing Professional Arena/Indoor Football for four seasons from 2008 - 2011. These experiences, and many others, led him to the start of the 2022 rebirth of the American Arena League.
AJ still resides in New Jersey with his loving wife, where they are devoted parents to their beautiful daughter, along with their fur-baby a blue eyed husky, Dakota.

Last year after living most of his life in Northern, NJ, Sanders and his wife, Alexandria have moved down to Southern, NJ. Together, they have 2 daughters; 26 and 25 and two grandchildren; 3 and 1.
Kevin O’Hanlon brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the AAL. With 18 years of coaching experience and GM experience in the arena and indoor leagues.
