Desperados announce housing partner.

The Texas Desperados are proud to officially welcome Angelina Motel as our Official Team Hotel & Player Housing Partner for the 2027 season!

As we prepare to bring professional arena football to Lufkin, having strong local partners who believe in our organization, our players, and our community is incredibly important. Angelina Motel will serve as home away from home for our Desperados players throughout the season, providing comfortable accommodations right here in Lufkin.

This partnership goes beyond player housing. Together, the Texas Desperados and Angelina Motel look forward to building a relationship centered around community involvement, local business, and welcoming visiting fans and families to Angelina County.

Traveling to Lufkin for a Desperados game? Make Angelina Motel part of your game weekend and experience the hospitality of our Official Team Hotel.

We sincerely thank the Angelina Motel ownership and staff for believing in the Texas Desperados and becoming part of what we’re building for Lufkin and Angelina County.
